Shipping policy
Order Submission - Make sure your address is accurate when submitting your order. Swagalish is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned to Swagalish due to an incorrect address, a shipping refund will not be issued. Should you, the customer, request a re-shipment, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
Order Fulfillment - Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Order Shipping - All orders are shipped (picked up by carrier) within 1-2 business days via USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Shipping Rates are determined by the carrier, according to the package weight and size.
Tracking Information - Tracking numbers are sent to the email or phone number that was provided by the customer, when the order was placed. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
Once your order has been shipped, Swagalish is no longer responsible for packages. Refer to the tracking information for tracking numbers and carrier information.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages - Swagalish is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once the package has shipped, the carrier is responsible for the delivery. Should you have any issues, you can email us at info@swagalish.com or reach out to the carrier directly by providing them with the tracking number.
Damaged Products During Shipping - Swagalish is not responsible for damaged products incurred during shipping. If your package arrives with damaged items, submit an email to info@swagalish.com. Include the order number, along with a photo of the damaged items, shipping box and shipping label on the box. These 3 things MUST be included in the email in order for a determination to be made, regarding a refund or replacement. Please allow 72 hours for a response.
International Orders (Outside the US) - Customers outside of the United States, are responsible for all tax and duty fees, including VAT taxes. Should you refuse to accept your package upon delivery due to tax and duty fees, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Order refunds will be issued if the package is retuned as "return to sender" AND the items are returned unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Swagalish is not responsible for delays due to customs.
