Refund policy

Thank you for shopping Swagalish. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot, for any reason, cancel the order.

If there are any issues with your order such as missing or damaged items, once it has been delivered, you have 10 days from the tracking numbers delivery date, to report it to us. If 10 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind for missing or damaged items.

If you decide to return your order because you no longer want the item(s), you have 15 days from the tracking numbers delivery date to make a request. Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. If 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind.

We cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
